Referrals are valid for 90 days. After 90 days if no conversations towards hire are made, it no longer qualifies towards a payment. If your referral is hired, you will be paid 90 days after the referral's start date. You will receive an email from EmployUs 90-days after your referral starts to which you must reply and confirm your PayPal account or mailing address to receive payment. Payments are issued by EmployUs - not NEABA. No taxes are taken out of your referral check. You will receive a 1099 from EmployUs for tax purposes at the end of the year. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be submitted. You do not need to be an employee with NEABA or affiliates to submit a referral. NEABA reserves the right to change or modify its referral fee payments at any time. Referrals for Autism professionals do not qualify or can't be combined with our tiered plan.  

• RBTs, Behavioral Technicians, Paraprofessionals, and Mental Health Associates = receive $250 after 90 days of employment.
• All other part-time positions, including all Corporate referrals = receive $250 after 30 days of employment.
• All other full-time positions (e.g. BCBAs) = receive $1000 after 30 days of employment.
