How do I submit a Qualifying Life Event in Kronos? 

Please log into Kronos and begin a Qualifying Life Event for benefits via the following steps: 

Click the three blue bars in the upper left-hand corner 

Click the single person icon 

Click My Benefits 

Click Enrollment 

Click to begin Qualifying Life Event 

 

I haven’t received my dental insurance card. 

Cigna Dental does not mail cards.  You can make an account at myCigna.com (or Cigna.com) and access their dental benefits through the online account.  There you will be able to download a coverage summary for the dental coverage.  Most dentist’s offices can look up the Cigna Dental benefits with your social security number or date of birth.

My personal information isn’t correct in Fidelity. 

Fidelity receives your information from Kronos so you will need to update your information in Kronos for that to reflect. Please see the General HR section for how to update your name, address, and other personal information in Kronos. 

 

Why am I contributing to my 401k when I did not initiate this? How can I change this continuing forward? 

If eligible, you will be automatically enrolled in our 401(k) plan at a 3% pre-tax contribution rate effective during the month following 30 days of employment.  

If you do not want to contribute, register your account with Fidelity and change your contribution percentage to zero. If you need assistance making the change, please register your online account at www.401k.com or contact Fidelity at 800-835-5097 (plan#92695) and they can guide you through the steps.

I have experienced an injury on the job. What do I do?

Please reach out to your team immediately as well as our LOA department so that we can provide you with our work injury process. All injuries regardless of severity need to be reported to the MEDCOR team. Please call MEDCOR immediately at 844-322-4662 (available 24/7).

 

Leave of Absence & Accommodations

I just found out that I am expecting and would like to learn more about maternity leave. Who should I contact?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! We ask that you reach out to us approximately 8 weeks prior to the anticipated delivery date for information and relevant forms, if applicable. In the meantime, if you would like some more general information, our LOA team would be happy to assist with any questions you may have.
